New trial date for Marshall County murder suspect | Crime
The man accused of killing a Marshall County business man will go to trial this fall. Wesley Burgess is charged with the murder of Ricky Moody.
Moody was stabbed to death at his business in Clayesville, just outside of Guntersville. I happened in October of 2009.
Burgess will go to trial October 1st.
