Marshall County man charged with burglary | Crime
A Union Grove man is in the Marshall County Jail, in Guntersville, accused of burglary and theft.
Investigators say Brian Keith Moody stole a rifle from a farm on Warrenton Road last week. Investigators found the rifle at a pawn shop.
Moody's bond is set at $5,000.
