Marshall Co. sex offender arrested for non-compliance | News
GRANT, AL (WAFF)- Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies found 25-year-old Daniel Kyle Franks Monday night at a home on Otinger Road in Grant.
Franks was registered as a sex at a home on Tom Hodges Road in Woodville. He was convicted of rape in 2010 in Marshall County.
Franks is charged with failure to register transfer or termination of residence, failure to verify quarterly, and probation violation.
He's in the Marshall County Jail in Guntersville. Jail records show no bond for the probation violation.
