New hearing date for teen accused of killing baby | News
GUNTERSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- A Marshall County judge set a new hearing date for a teenager charged with capital murder.
Immanuel Gage Allen is accused of killing 11-month-old Gemma LaShae Moore. The baby died from blunt force trauma.
Allen has a pre-trial hearing set for December 31st.
He's also requested to act as his own attorney. There is no record of a ruling yet for that request.
