Five people are now in custody in Guntersville after a large stolen television was discovered in a car full of people.

Three of the burglary suspects - Patrick Davis, April Holmes, and Jamal Ford - are from Huntsville.

Two others -  Jabrail Oliver and Deziman Malone - are Guntersville residents.

Guntersville Police stopped a car Tuesday afternoon fitting the description that was seen driving off with big screen televisions taken from a home.

An officer saw a 55-inch TV in the back seat with three people.

"As part of the traffic stop questioning, inquired about the television set.  The driver's response was, 'What TV?'" said Captain John East with Guntersville Police Department.

Two other televisions were located in the trunk.

All five are being held currently without bond.
